In the farm's own words on the state map: "We have been farming in South Glastonbury since 1893 and produce quality fruits & vegetables, free range eggs, award winning canned goods, all natural, USDA pork & chicken meat as well as offering 3 CSA programs, attend 18 farmers markets per season, over a dozen craft fairs/events, & host farm dinner fundraisers, tastings, & private events. Our 1098 Main Street stand is open all year! Mother's Day thru December 31, we are open every day from 9:00-6:30 & January 2 thru Mother's Day Tuesdays-Sundays from 10:00-5:30 (closed Mondays)". The Connecticut Grown map lists it under Agritourism and Farms. In the farm's own words on the state map: "Our Farm hosts special events (farm dinners, tasting events, weddings, showers, etc), we even have a farmhouse AirBNB on the property that was built in 1675 (one of the oldest houses in CT & the oldest house in Glastonbury). It is large enough to host 12 people, showers, weddings, business meetings, birthday parties, or to gather with family/friends to share memories of a lost loved one. We are the oldest running farm in Glastonbury & are proud to run it with our family!". In the farm's own words on the state map: "Our 20 week bag pickup includes 95 acres of our fresh picked fruit & veggies, our free range eggs 1/month & our award winning canned goods 1/month along with a meat option. We also offer a 10 week fall/winter CSA program that is mostly our farm raised meats, fall produce, as well as our free range eggs & canned goods 1/month". |
