In the farm's own words on the state map: "Hartland Hollow Modern Homestead is a small farm dedicated to producing high-quality, locally grown foods. We craft pure maple syrup from our own sugarbush and grow fresh, organic microgreens year-round. Our microgreens are supplied to local restaurants and offered through convenient home delivery, bringing nutrient-rich greens and the taste of the season directly to our community".
