Preserving fresh fruits and vegetables began as a home-spun hobby which has blossomed into a national and international venture Cheri began her business by preserving various fruits grown on her property and giving them to family and neighbors. Soon the neighbors began sending over unusual fruit grown on their own property for Cheri to preserve for them.
